By opting in to receive text messages from World Animal Protection in the US, you agree to these Text Message Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are expressly incorporated by reference herein.
- Providing Telephone Numbers and Duty to Notify: You verify that the mobile number provided to World Animal Protection is true and accurate. You verify that you are the current subscriber or owner of any telephone number that you provide. You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change by emailing us or calling 646-783-2200.
- Your Consent to Receive Automated Calls/Texts: By providing your mobile number, you agree that World Animal Protection may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to program information, campaigns, fundraising, updates, and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary.
- Opt-Out: You may opt-out at any time. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any mobile message from World Animal Protection US. You acknowledge and agree to accept a final text message confirming your opt-out.
- Assistance: For assistance, text "HELP" or visit our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
- Data obtained from you in connection with World Animal Protection’s SMS messaging service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name and the date, time and content of your messages.
